Wall Ties Replacements

All inspections are undertaken in line with recommendations set out by the Building Research Establishment in Digest 329 revised 1990, and IP13/90 1990. In most cases, an external visual inspection is only needed to establish the condition of the wall ties; however, a cavity endoscope inspection or exposing the existing tie end may be needed. Works are carried out by NVQ level 2 trained wall tie installers in accordance to BS 5628-1:2005, BRE 401 and Wallfast Ltd technical specification. We offer 10 year guarantees after works are completed. Insurance Backed Guarantees, which protect our customers for up to 10 Years, can be provided by QANW UK’s leading Insurance Backed Guarantees for a sum fee.
