All inspections are undertaken in line with recommendations set out by the Building Research Establishment in Digest 329 revised 1990, and IP13/90 1990. In most cases, an external visual inspection is only needed to establish the condition of the wall ties; however, a cavity endoscope inspection or exposing the existing tie end may be needed. Works are carried out by NVQ level 2 trained wall tie installers in accordance to BS 5628-1:2005, BRE 401 and Wallfast Ltd technical specification. We offer 10 year guarantees after works are completed.
