Steve surveyed a property I was buying at auction and gave a cery reasonable quote for work. It was conducted a few months later by John who contacted me to arrange and carried out the work very efficiently. Would definitely recommend again.
These guys really helped me out as i was let down by another company Steve and John very were friendly ,carried out a wall tie replacement,would totally recommend them.First Class
Pleased with the work, took a lot longer than I was expecting, would have been good to have heads up of a schedule of works as week taken off work and had to cancel a short break as work overrun after a delay on first day. In Hindsight and more knowledge before the works commenced we could have worked around everything a bit better. On the whole completed work good, John was great, good personality, polite and helpful. Would definitely use Southern Preservations again.
Steven has been really helpful and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to the damp problems in my house.
